X11_SKIPTTYS and CONSOLE_SKIPTTYS

Two variables, the $X11_SKIPTTYS and $CONSOLE_SKIPTTYS are present in $BASHISH_USERDIR/bt/default/theme. The *_SKIPTTYS variables changes number-base's (see section 6.2.1) behaviour by tuning how much number-base should adjust it's numbers to make the first started terminal ``Nr. 1'' (and not 72 eg).
