Bashish has the possibility to theme each application, this works by ($BASHISHDIR/modules/sh/btapp) checking for themed application themedirs in $BASHISHDIR/bt/app/ and for each themdir create an alias which will theme the application. Afterwards when the prompt is shown bashish will restore the prompt theme from the $PROMPT_COMMAND variable in bash and precmd() variable in zsh.
