Useful internal variables

The following variables are already defined and should not be redefined as they are used internally by bashish, it's perfectly ok to use them to let a theme know the state of bashish.

BTAPP_NAME

when a themed application has been started this variable will be set to it's name.

BASHISH_STARTUP

if unset, bashish has not reached interactive mode yet.
